Business Analyst - Contract - up to 55k - immediate start.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst  to join a hugely successful retailer in central London.  The contract is likely to be for 3 months whilst they recruit for someone on a permanent basis but could be extended.  Applicants must be qualified accountants with experience of capital appraisal/stores/projects.

Key Activities

- Investment appraisal for new stores and refurbishment projects
- Formal Board papers associated with such projects
- Post Investment appraisal for completed projects
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning (Long term planning) for Capital related activities
- General commercial & analytical support for Senior Stakeholders within our Development functions
- General Analytical support for broader finance
