Qualified Accountant – Must Have Retail, FMCG Industry Experience.

Exciting opportunity to work for a credible ‘High Street’ brand.  The overall purpose of the role is to proactively support senior stakeholders from finance.

Personal Attributes/Experience
- Qualified Accountant with 2yrs PQE
- Good experience of large-scale multi-site retailing
- Good understanding of the dynamics of sales, margin and stock 
- Strong financial modelling, systems literacy and analytical thinking

Key Activities
- Manage relationship with senior stakeholders in to provide strong financial support
- Produce financial and analytical support for the key projects under the Directorate.
- Support developments and implementation of key strategic enhancements to new sales  and margin system.
- Manage the forecasting process liaising with key stakeholders.
- Lead the month end, half-year and year-end processes including calculation and support for provisions ensuring accurate accounts.
- Line manages a direct report setting clear objectives and focus on personal development.
